Fast path for rights holders

If you are a publisher or rights holder and want an image removed, email dmca@nexory.com — no formal notice required, and we will disable it promptly.

Filing a formal notice

Send a notice to our Designated Agent at [dmca@nexory.com] including: (1) your signature; (2) the copyrighted work; (3) the infringing material and its URL on NEXORY; (4) your contact details; (5) a good-faith-belief statement; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the required statements to the Designated Agent. We may restore the material as permitted by law.

Repeat infringers & Designated Agent
